Mouse functionality

After a recent update, I can no longer move or scale objects in Storyline using the mouse. Right-clicking does not work either. I found others who have had this issue in the past, but these threads were from years ago. I wanted to post again to check if there's been any further information discovered about how to fix this, before going through the entire repair process.

My computer is running Windows 7 and Storyline v 3.45.23393.0
