I was wondering if anyone had any ideas how to get around the phantom window where the publishing success window is after publishing a SCORM file? This seems to only be occuring after the most recent of updates (at least the last few). Essentially I can package it, but I cannot access the button to make it a zip file so that I can upload to our LMS. Any ideas?
Additionally, can I ask if you are using more than one monitor when publishing your course? There's a chance that the window prompt might be appearing on a different monitor, or being hidden behind other open applications.

Sorry to hear that you ran into this snag.
If this behavior is affecting all of the projects that you publish, even newly created ones, try doing a repair of your Storyline 360 installation to see if this helps.
Additionally, can I ask if you are using more than one monitor when publishing your course? There's a chance that the window prompt might be appearing on a different monitor, or being hidden behind other open applications.
If repairing Storyline 360 doesn't help, please open a case with our support team here so we can take a closer look at the behavior.
