I found this previous thread that looks like it will help you here. Since these slides are in a question bank thy will need to be edited in the slide properties window individually in order to remove the seekbars.
Here's a link direct to the page that discusses editing the slide properties also. To find the seekbar settings you'll need to choose " Custom for the selected slides" which will make the seekbar option visible:

Thanks Nick for those helpful links. The answer was to right click on each quiz bank question > Properties > and uncheck the seek bar.
I don't have a Seekbar option in slide properties on my question slides and I want to turn seekbar and volume off on each question slide.
