I would like to know whether it's possible to restrict the navigation of a whole training except for one specific slide, which would be available at any time during the training.
Restricted navigation allows for the user to navigate back to slides that they have already seen in the course - I haven't seen a set up similar to what Walt suggested, but it sounds like it would work.
Could you share a bit more about what you're looking to accomplish and we can offer some other ideas!

You can lightbox it, whether you put a button on the Master, or each slide, or in resources that calls it.
