I have a Storyline course with a 10 question exam (through Question bank) at the end of a course. A learner passes the exam, views their results, and exits the course. When they try to go back into the course saying 'Yes' to 'Resume where you left off' they are taken to question 6 of our 10 question quiz. I want them to be directed back to their results page (the last page they viewed). Is there something I can fix to get this to work properly?
Our course is launched in an LMS system (Traccess). I have tested it in Scorm Cloud and it is doing the same thing.
I am running into the same issue and wondering if there's a fix yet. The same behaviour on our LMS and on SCORM Cloud. It happens in two of my courses, but this is particularly problematic where I have an assessment in the middle. The learner goes thru the assessment reaches the Results screens, and proceeds to watch the rest of the content (I have a lot of extra slides after the assessment). If they decide to leave the course and resume "where they left off" it takes them back to the last question of the assessment.
Resume is set to: On Restart – Prompt to Resume
Articulate Storyline version: 3.13.15006.0
Let me know how I can share my storyline source file privately.

I first want to mention that you version indicates that you are on Update 13 from March 1st and we are now on Update 16. You can find all of the details here.
It sounds like you may be exceeding the suspend data limits. Are you publishing for SCORM 1.2 or 2004?
If you're still experiencing an issue after checking those things, you can share privately here.

Hi, I see this is an old thread, but it's the same problem I'm having. I want the user to re-open on the results page if they've failed the test but this is not currently happening when tested in Scorm Cloud.
We're happy to help! Would you mind providing a sample file so that we can see what you've created so far?
You can either attach it to this discussion or use this secure upload link. We'll reply with our findings after seeing exactly what you're looking for with your project!
I'm seeing the same issue but unfortunately I'm not able to upload the Storyline file for confidentiality reasons. Please could you let me if the findings above can help me to resolve this. Thanks
Hi, is someone able to share the fix on this public thread? I'm experiencing the same issue - user gets to the result slide > exits course > resume where you left off? YES > resumes on Q9 of the quiz. I'm not allowed to share my file to external parties. Thanks!
I managed to resolve the issue by replacing a font not installed on my system - Phil Mayor (articulate superhero) suggested it could be caused by a special character corrupting the published file and it made sense that an unsupported font might make this happen. Might not be causing your specific issue but I thought I’d mention this, as I was relieved to solve the problem. Stephanie

Hi Nicole and welcome to E-Learning Heroes!
You mention that the behavior is similar in SCORM Cloud. Would you be able to share your .story file for us to take a look?
Yes. Please advise how I can share it privately. Thank you.
Of course, you can share it privately here.

Hi, Stephanie.
Thank you for reaching out, and I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing issues when users resume your course.
Have you tested your course with SCORM Cloud? Here's a step-by-step article!
If you have tested it, does it behave as expected, or do you experience the same as when playing the project through your LMS?

Hi Jacqueline,
I was able to take a peek at a couple of related cases, and it appears that the issue is specific to folx hitting suspend data limits.
Here's some documentation:
Storyline: Exceeding SCORM Suspend Data Limits

it doesnt get resumed from where i have left it , as soon as i reach at quiz and close the course , it takes me to that starting of the course
If the course has completed it maybe in review mode AND THEN MAY NOT RESUME.
