SCORM stops playing in LMS

Hello,
I've recently encountered a problem with my LMS. When a user launches a SCORM file, they are able to view the first couple of slides and watch the video. However, when they attempt to submit the answer to the first question, nothing happens. The submit button will sit in a down state for about 30 seconds and return to it's normal state. My feedback layers do not show, so the user is unable to continue. I attached a short clip to show what happens. Has anybody experienced this issue?

Thanks for sharing the video. What browser are you viewing it in? Also what LMS are you using to host the course? You'll want to confirm you're working in the supported browsers as detailed here and you may also want to look at testing the output in SCORM Cloud which is an industry standard for testing LMS content.

I'm using the latest version of Google Chrome and my host LMS is Edvance360. I contacted Articulate support and they uploaded the output in SCORM Cloud. It worked perfectly fine there. I've also opened some trial accounts to test the outputs on other LMS sites. The output works on those as well.
