Semi-transparent text..?

Hi,
Is it possible to get semi-transparent TEXT, without having it as an image?
Client wants a "Visited" state where the text becomes semi-transparent, and I an trying to figure out how to do it.
Only way I can think of doing it at the moment it to have a semi-transparent shape appear over the (non-changed) text when they click on each of the 3 images, but just wondered if that's the clever way to do it.
Thanks
Bruce

Not aware you can do this but, you could place same text (i.e copy original) and change to lighter coulour and then, place on top of the original text (then group if required).
Not sure if this helps - I have to admit, this does not sound good way to do this! If I find a better way, I will come back.

Hey Jilo,
Am now using semi-transparent, slowly animating shapes over the text in the Visited state - looks really nice actually. None of the "change colour" options gave the right sort of transparency look.
Thanks again.

Interesting challenge!
Please you have a solution (work around).
Bon weekend. Well, try to if you are working through.

Hi Bruce,
Did you eventually work this one out?
I'm trying to do the same thing but have had to go to using images. Not my preferred approach so, was interested in your experience.
Thanks in advance, Kim.
Hi Kim,
I suspect Bruce is subscribed to this thread, but just in case you may want to send him a private message to find out what he ended up doing.
