I have a client hosting their eLearn on Sharepoint. There is a quiz as part of the course. When they retake the quiz, it seems as though the quiz results are not resetting when they take the course. The only way to get around this is by taking the course in a new browser, and sometimes that works and sometimes it does not. Any ideas what may be going on?

Do you have the results slide properties set to allow the user to retake the quiz?
If so, are you able to replicate this issue in SCORM Cloud or is the issue limited to your LMS?

Yes I do have the retry quiz button turned on. Here are the triggers:
