Hello Renee, and welcome to E-Learning Heroes! ⭐️
I appreciate you sharing why this feature is important to you, and I've added your voice to the report we're tracking for more editing options with the text-to-speech feature.
I don't have an update to share right now, but I've linked this discussion to the report, and you'll receive notification of any new news posted here.
Renee you can add my voice to this topic as well. Not having the ability to control the speed of Text to Speech is my number one complaint about this program!
Hello
Are there any updates to having the ability to control the speed of the Text to speech option?
Hello Tardricka, and welcome to E-Learning Heroes. 😊
I do not have an update at this time, but it is still open with our team.
You can see all of the current items on our immediate radar:

Hi - Please add Infomatica to the list. Our company really needs the option to be able to speed up or slow down voices in storyline.
With international audiences for our training, the ability to slow down or speed up voices in storyline is critical to the success of the training we produce. Would appreciate if this could be put as a high priority as it's the #1 items that is requested from our learners.

Hi Jenn and Jodi,
This is still an open feature request but I have added your voices to it and here is how we handle feature requests.
Greetings! I'm going to add my voice to this highly needed feature request. As mentioned above, we also have a significant (over 50% of our audience) international audience, and we need to slow down the speech generated in the TTS feature of Storyline 360.
Any clues as to when/if this feature will be available?
Thanks - Russ

Hi Anahita!
Thanks for reaching out!
I don't have any updates to share at the moment as our team has been prioritizing other features, but I've included your voice in the feature report! We'll update this discussion if it makes it onto our Feature Roadmap!
For your reference, here's a closer look at how we manage feature requests.
I'll just add my vote for this feature, as well! I am liking the ability to create text-to-speech, but I wish that I could control the speed to make it more understandable.
Thanks for sharing that you’d also like this enhancement in Storyline 360, Tara. I've added your voice to the feature request!
Adding my vote for this too
Would like to add my voice/vote to this feature. The text-to-speech is a very helpful tool, but I cannot use it because it is much too fast to be used without spending time manually adding silences.
Adding my vote here as well.
Adding my vote as well!
too fast, my vote as well! great add, but too fast - need to be able to have a rate feature! thank you!
