I currently developed a course containing three modules and an assessment from three test banks for a client who uses OLM. I published to AICC as requested by the client but the client complained that it is not tracking properly. the various issues are listed below:
It tracks complete even when learner has not completed the course
It does not resume from saved state
It does not track if learner scores above pass mark
However report shows that it tracks if learners scores below pass mark and some cases tracks correctly if learner has not completed the course.
I would really appreciate if anyone can help. Also do we have an online platform like SCORM cloud where we can test AICC compliant courses.
Hi, Ademola -- Thanks so much for reaching out here! As you mentioned SCORM Cloud, have you had an opportunity to test your published output in that environment to see if you encounter issues there, as well? You may want to take a look at this article also, How to Troubleshoot Your LMS with SCORM Cloud.
If you would like us to take a closer look, please share your file and we will be happy to check it out! :)
Hi Christie, i think i am out of options now. we resolved to splitting the course into two and they both still not tracking. How do i send the course to you and what format should it be; the .story file or the published course?
Hi, Ademola -- Sorry to hear your issues persist, but if you could share the .story (or source) file itself, here is the form you would need to use to submit for private review. :)
Hi, Ademola -- I just wanted to stop in to note that your ticket #00768962 has been received and I will reply via email from within your case as soon as possible with my findings. Your patience is appreciated! :)
Were you be able to fix the points you mentioned? We are also experiencing the same issue via Oracle OLM. I would appreciate your feedback.
1) It tracks complete even when learner has not completed the course 2) It does not resume from saved state 3) It does not track if learner scores above pass mark
Hi, Wajid -- Thanks so much for reaching out, and sorry to hear of your difficulties! As there has been some time since the last activity here in the post, it's possible Ademola may no longer be subscribed. If you do not hear back shortly, perhaps you might want to reach out directly via the 'Contact Me' link on his profile page for further insights.
Hi Christie, thank you for the update! I sent a message to the mailid he provided in 'Contact Me' link on his profile page. I will update this chain once I hear back from him.
I'm not sure if folks are still subscribed here, as the post is a bit older - but you could always use the "contact me" button on a ELH users' profile to reach out to them directly!
If it's working correctly in SCORM Cloud, that's an industry standard for LMS, and I'd suggest reaching out to your LMS Team for more help.

Sounds great, Wajid, or perhaps Ademola will even reply here directly so that others are able to benefit from his response, as well! :)
Did you resolve this? we are having issues with a split course that cumulates scores - all fine on SCORM but not on Net Dimensions.
