I am encountering a very annoying bug from the last 2 version of storyline
Build 3.19.16600.0
Build 3.20.16814.0
Bother versions have this issue of not displaying the subscript text in the notes section. We normally use our notes section to show the transcript. However if we use subscript for any numbers then the appear very very small in the published output.
Can the storyline team please have a look at the earliest as we are unable to send this new version to the client now.
I am seeing the same thing with updates 19 and 20. I see it with both superscripts and subscripts. A few instances occur on the slide itself as well but those can be corrected by using an extra text box. Interestingly, if I type a character near the subscript within the Notes panel, the subscript/superscripted text adjusts itself and appears correct wherever it appears in the Notes, but as soon as I preview or publish, it reverts back to the tiny unlegible text.
The technical support team have already responded acknowledging the issue and they are going to work on it find a resolution. There is no workaround at the moment so no choice but to wait and hope it will be resolved in the next release
Thank you for reaching out and inquiring about this! At the moment, our team is continuing to investigate the issue with subscripts and superscripts. You are in the right place for updates on this issue, and I have added your inquiry to our report.
In the meantime, a workaround that might help is to use the Modern Player instead of the Classic Player. Subscripts and Superscripts are appearing correctly when using the Modern Player.
We appreciate your patience while our team investigated this.
I am happy to share some great news! We fixed the issue you reported where: Superscript and subscript on the Classic Player is too small on the Notes panel

Hello
Good morning.
Since there is no response from anyone in the community, I have logged this with the team. My case number is 01531140.
Have also attached an image showing the subscript text issue in the red circle
Thanks
