I have a training module with a lot of text. I try to put some words in bold but I can see th effect in stotyline, but the preview and the integration into Rise 360, erase this style.
It sounds like the bold formatting of Storyline text doesn't carry over when added to a Rise 360 lesson. Sorry to hear that, but I'd be happy to help!
Testing the behavior on my end (64-bit Storyline 360 version 3.84.31647.0 via Windows Parallels on a Mac M1) using Arial font, I was unable to reproduce the same issue. The bold formatting of my Storyline block was working as expected when imported to Rise.
To clarify, are you experiencing this issue across multiple fonts, or is it specific to one? Also, it would be helpful to take a closer look at the .story file itself. Are you comfortable sharing a copy here in the discussion or privately through a support case?
I have same issue with manrope bold font. (same for other fonts) Doesn't show bold in Rise, while I make it bold in storyline. We pay 3000€ for Articulate (per year!). How come this doesn't work?
