Unable to publish Non-Western chinese character in Storyline

I am unable to publish my Chinese characters from my Storyline course. This is only for the Notes section of the Storyline. The slide section is rending properly. Please note that the origial couse is imported from Powerpont. In the slide view all fonts looks fine, but when i published the the Notes section foonts not published properly.

Any idea, work around that needs to be done for my storyline project.
