when i try to publish the file as LMS version via Storyline 3, i am viewing a vertical scroll bar in Chrome and firefox browser. I do not want to have scroll bar appearing. But when the file is viewed via IE browsers 7, 10 & 11, I am not viewing the vertical scroll bar.
My client does not want the vertical scroll bar to appear when published in LMS. Kindly help me to fix this issue.
I know in some LMS, there is one option which we can use while uploading the SCORM to "disable scrollbars (vertical and horizontal) for content player window". However, I'm not too sure - in this case - it seems more like a browser specific issue. I would suggest to test the course in Scorm Cloud or the LMS you're using.

Hi Ravi,
Are you publishing with this setting - "Scale player to fill browser window"?

Hi Len,
Thanks for the response.
Yes. with the same option, I am able to view the file without scroll bars in IE browsers (7,10,11) in both Desktop and Laptop.
but i am getting the scroll bars in Chrome and Firefox.
Just now I tried opening the same in SCORM CLOUD, i am able to view the fie without scroll bars in CHROME browser.
Bit confused. Yet to try the same opening in IE and Fire fox browsers.
Shall update you in hours time.
