Video poster images are gone May 04, 2020 By Bill Dane A couple months ago, I had published a course with poster images assigned to videos and they displayed fine. After publishing with the latest version of Storyline 360, now they're not. Please help.

Do you know what version of Storyline you're using? You can check by going to:Help > About Articulate StorylineWe are currently on Build 3.39.22088.0 of Storyline 360. You can read all of the details here. We did have a fix, as Rob confirmed in his post, in the latest update. We had not had any community reports so the details were not included. Let me know if that works for you as well.
Bill Dane Author 4 years ago05/06/20 at 2:35 pm (UTC) I have 3.39.22088.0, and it's still an issue. This worked a few months ago, but has been broken the past few updates.
Bill Dane Author 4 years ago05/06/20 at 5:33 pm (UTC) Hold on. I stand (sitting actually) corrected. The latest update fixed the issue. Woohoo! Thanks
Leslie McKerchie Staff 4 years ago05/06/20 at 6:52 pm (UTC) Awesome, Bill! I appreciate the double-check :)
