Weird issue: button doesn't work on bottom right of screen

I am working in an older course (created about 5 years ago and converted from SL2 to SL360). My button doesn't work in a specific location of the screen, but it works if I move it up a bit. Here's what I mean:

If the button is located here:

x: 676 px, y: 500 px - It doesn't work

However, if the button is slightly moved here:

x: 676 px, y: 472 px - It works

Anyone experience this weird issue and have a fix? I should also note that my button is at the top of the timeline and all I did was move it out of place to get it to work. I'm pretty certain it's a bug, but I don't want to fix it by re-importing this slide since I made a ton of changes to it. Also, I tried duplicating the slide and that didn't work either.

I'm not able to upload the course due to proprietary restrictions, but I'm hoping someone has encountered this issue before and has an easy fix for me.
