I created that template in Storyline 360 but there's no reason you can't follow the instructions in my article and create your own version in Storyline 2! :)
Allison I am relatively new to articulate 360. I am trying to build a leadership assessment using a likert scale (i.e. strongly disagree to strongly agree) for 20 questions. I need to be able to tally scores for certain questions (i.e. #1, 3, 5, 7 = passion, #2, 8, 11, 13 = heart) ...I cant figure out how to have a results slide that gives a breakdown of scores based on the 5 leadership traits (i.e. passion, heart, relationship, self-discipline etc)...any advice?
Check out this quiz template I built. It's pretty similar to what you're trying to do, I think. I also wrote an article where I explain how I built it. Reading that should help you adapt the template to fit your needs. :)

Great instructions on how to build the quiz Allison!
I created one for a client using a game many played as children (probably not millennials;) Please don't mind the GUI and navigation.
