Pick some out of many with individual response in a given time

Dear community,

I'm not very good in building complex / individual slides where I can't use given question slides (or maybe I can but I don't know how).

In my case I have a simple example: 9 triangles, the learner should only pick all triangles with the color green within 6 seconds, otherwise he gets a notification that he faild to choose the correct answer in time. If you only pick 1-2 green ones and one in blue the answer is incorrect and the first notification should pop up. The timer restarts again after a note that the learner should answer the question within the given time but due to the fact that this slide is just for demonstation it doesn't effect passing the slide. 

My question is: How can I realize it, that the user gets three different notes (= 3 attempts) if he failed to choose the correct selection of triangles. After the last note with the solution in the description the disabled Next-button should be enabled and the last layer should not hide, so the user needs to jump to the next slide. 
I have put the Storyline File into this discussion - I hope this helps to understand my case / problem. 

I guess I have to work with lots of variables, right? I would be very happy if you can help me somehow or if you have a similar use case where I can learn from.
