I created a quiz on Rise and set attempts to 3 (attached screenshot). However, users are not able to retake the quiz on Totara LMS. It gives them only one attempt and if they fail to get the passing score of 80%, they are stuck on the results slide. Any suggestions how to fix this issue?
Hi there! Thanks for letting us know what you're seeing in Totara LMS. Is this an issue that you are able to reproduce when testing in SCORM Cloud? This will help determine if the issue lies within your LMS or the actual Rise 360 course itself. If you are able to replicate, be sure to send us the LMS output file so we can take a peek. It sounds like there is a quiz retry setting in your LMS that is over-riding the Rise quiz setting.
