Hi, I have a project in RISE and when viewing in Chrome on the laptop, we can't scroll past the video that the page begins with. After the video, users need to scroll down to access the video transcript and then the continue button, however there is no scrolling option. The only way to access the continue button is to reduce the screen size so you can access it. Not all out users will know to do this.
If I put my laptop on a docking station, the problem doesn't occur.

Does this happen on other computers as well or on just this one laptop?
Also check that the browser zoom level is at 100%.
