Access to Rise 360 Team Folders is determined based on the permissions you give a folder. As an example, the folder shown in the screenshot is owned by me, and I added my teammate Steven as a manager to give him access to everything I publish to the folder.
If you're the owner of the Team Folder, would you mind checking the share settings to see if you properly gave access to the correct accounts of your colleagues? If you are not the owner, check the share settings to see who has access to the folder and reach out to the owner in case your colleagues need to be added. If the access is correct, please ask your colleagues to double check if they are signed in to the correct Articulate 360 account.
