Our organization uses HealthStream as our LMS and I have tried to pull the Test Scores Report from our Rise modules but have not been successful. I exported the Rise module several ways, including SCORM 2004 with track using course completion without score, but have not been able to pull the report. Has anyone else had the same issue?
