Based on your feedback, we made an improvement that we hope elevates your in-app comments experience. You can now easily address feedback on a specific course from various stakeholders. View comments for multiple Review 360 items right in Storyline 360 or Rise 360.
Let us know your thoughts about this enhancement. We'd love to hear from you!

Thank you for cluing me in to seeing all comments in story view. I was here looking for that exact piece of information! :)
What a brilliant new feature. I'm about to try it out for the first time.
Awesome, I'm glad to hear that you liked the new feature, Karen! If you encounter any issues with it, please let us know here in the E-Learning Heroes Community or privately in a support case. We'll be happy to assist you!
Yes, this is a great feature and will save time moving between applications. I am using this feature for the first time this week.
I am not comfortable viewing the comments inside of Storyline in the side panel (where you view Triggers, Slide Layers). I have a large screen and when I need to see the triggers and layers it is can be frustrating moving things around.
Is there an option for me to disable the comments (Beta) that shows inside Storyline?
I prefer to view the Feedback link in Review 360 from my second screen. I can see all comments in a full view and can move from slide to slide there, with more ease.
In summary, the side panel inside Storyline is just too busy for me. Thank you.
Hi Kim!
Happy to help with this!
You can click on the icon shown in the screenshot to hide the 'Comments' panel. Alternatively, the icon to the right of it undocks the panel so you can move it away from your field of vision if you are working with multiple screens.
However, there isn't a way to permanently disable this section. Undocking the comments panel and minimizing/collapsing are currently the only options to control its visibility.
Please let me know if you have any more questions!
Thank you very much Steven. Have a great day!
Hi Kim!
You're welcome!
Have a great rest of your week!

Very Interesting. I will try this out! This may save some time. Always looking for timesavers. Thank you.
When making comments, there is no way to do something like use alt+return and add another line on the comments. That would be super nice.
Hello Nicholas,
Try using "Shift + Return" instead to add a new line while entering a comment in Storyline 360 and Review 360. Let me know if this works for you!
Hi! The "comments" feature is showing up in Storyline for our team, however we are having issues with it. For example, a lesson was published in Review 360 and comments were made on it. When we open the storyline file and click on the "comments" dropdown, there is another dropdown where you can select the lesson you want to see the comments for. There are other lessons we have published showing up, but the lesson we have open and are wanting to see the comments for isn't showing up at all.
Note: we have the most current version of storyline throughout this whole process (v3.87.32265.0)
Any information on this would be great as this function would be super helpful for us to work on lessons amongst our team members.
When I try to view an image attached to a comment from within Storyline, Storyline freezes. Is this a known error?
This is an amazing update! So happy to not have to look at two separate screens to address feedback comments!
