Hi Team, These are specifically questions around RISE.

Is there scope to place the content that the team/seats develop under the one library as an administrator?

If i need to make changes to the original development and a team member is away or a team members leaves how would i access this?

Are you able to create folders to organise an array of different courses in a more orderly way?

    Thank you
    Warm regards
    Marcia

Hi Marcia! Soon we'll be adding collaboration features to Articulate 360 Teams that will allow your team to collaboratively work on courses you create with Rise.

You can learn more about Articulate 360 Teams here: https://articulate.com/360/teams

We don't have a foldering feature in Rise, but you can sort your files by title or by what was most recently edited. If you have any further questions, let us know!

    Hi,
Regarding Team Account Management, say you have 10 seats and they are all filled. Can you 'pause' a seat and give it to a new team member? If so, what happens to the original team member's files? And can you then 'pause' the new team member's access, returning it to the original team member? Will they have access to their original files.

Let's say I have a new team member to add. When they get the invitation to join the team, are they required to download the installer or can we manually install on their machine first ?

We don't allow users to download and.or install ANYTHING, including package updates - can update checking be disabled in the tray application ?

(Yes, we have a VERY restrictive environment, being a bank...:-) )

Hi, we have a Teams licence and will be working with an external customer on a Storyline 360 project. Is there any restriction on who we can add to the team, i.e. can we temporarily add in a customer to our account so they can download Storyline 360 and work on the project with us?

    Thanks
