I’ve gotten value from hosting a small pilot training sessions with selected SMEs and department heads. Then, practicing a dress rehearsal prior to the inaugural delivery of the content. Those first run-throughs help me to smooth out the content, the delivery, and also offer a glimpse of where I can infuse learner engagement opportunities.
