These are great tips! I would also recommend using a media request form that follows the same format for every graphic. The form can contain the elements listed here, but using a standardized format for every separate graphic description not only prompts the e-learning developer for the information that will be needed by the artist, but also helps prevent the artist from having to search to find what they need.
