I've considered using RIse for job aids, manuals, and checklists, but these are resources people tend to access to again and again, making our LMS a clunky place to house them. A learner's history may become cluttered with repeating learning events which are really just the learner referring to a job aid, time and again. Any ideas on how to better manage this in an LMS? I've tried exporting Rise courses to HTML, but that output doesn't behave well in SharePoint, which we use for our intranet.

Hi Stephanie. At my org we're fortunate to have a "social" side to our LMS. It has replaced our intranet. It's working great so far. If your LMS has that feature that may be an option to leverage. Another option is to house your "docs" (Rise courses) either on AWS or on SCORM cloud and then have links handy on Sharepoint that will open your "docs" in a new page or tab.

We also us SF Learning. SuccessFactors DOES have a social component called Jam: https://www.sap.com/products/enterprise-social-collaboration.html
Your company may not have paid to add it to the system, or they may not have turned it on.
We don't use it much w/ my company; we seem to have slightly better social engagement (only slightly!) w/ Yammer (part of Microsoft Online): https://www.yammer.com/
