Version 1.0
  • Hello! We've launched our AI Assistant 🤖 feature this week!! Please check out this article for more information.

We'll roll out the trial to active Articulate 360 subscriptions over the next week. If you need any help, please contact our Support team here

  • Any word on when the text to video AI features will be live? I remember seeing the demo last winter but I can not find it in the release.

  • We have 35 licenses in our university. With AI we can't even insert audio. They are forcing us to buy AI. It's not fair. Before we had some free vices that were not very good but we could use them. Now it's not even that? As I give my opinion on renewal, my suggestion will be not to renew licenses in 2025.

Hey Jorge - I don't know if you already solved this but just so you know, even if you do not pay for the AI features you can still add neural voices. Looking at the insert ribbon, ignore the AI portion that says "insert audio" with the purple star, instead go to the right about two thirds down the ribbon, in the "media" section of the ribbon, and click "Audio" , then click "Text to speech" and you'll open up a window. You can add your script as normal and choose from the neural voices. You do not have to use the AI features.

Though I also wish I could remove all these annoying new AI buttons I won't be using - it's annoying to be stuck with all these buttons I cannot use! Alas. At least it's still possible to add non-AI voices :)

See image below. Hope it helps!

  • Hello! Our team is looking forward to the AI video generation feature (i.e., with realistic actors, natural-sounding voices, and custom backgrounds stated here https://access.articulate.com/support/article/Articulate-360-Feature-Roadmap). What's the release timeline? Can I be a beta tester?

When will AI video be released and what will the potential cost per seat be? It is budget season and we have not seen any updates on it. Whenever I ask the question, I get sent a link to a 2-year-old video without any info wrt my question.

We have been waiting for this patiently as well. It's been a long wait; according to previous posts, it was supposed to come out on Spring/Summer 2024. We did get the other AI capability for our organization and it's OK; it definitely needs more work still. So, I hope that AI Video capabilities will be worth it and bring more improvements in their roadmap.

  • Hi Team -  we would also like to be able to activate and pay for individual AI seats within our team - but it appears under the enterprise seating pricing it is all or nothing - is this correct - as we have some Instructional designers who rarely use the software and others we would like to activiate the AI Assistant for their seats only. Please let me know if this can be done?

We have the same situation at our company. This kind of pricing is not really hitting our needs and ake the whole costs for articulate-licenses much higher than needed.
