I tried the AI feature and, while it's good, I have to be honest. It took quite a long time for your team to bring it to market. In the meantime, many of us have already found alternative AI solutions that work well, so I’m not sure if your AI will convince many of us to switch.

I don't see this on my account either.
We have 35 licenses in our university. With AI we can't even insert audio. They are forcing us to buy AI. It's not fair. Before we had some free vices that were not very good but we could use them. Now it's not even that? As I give my opinion on renewal, my suggestion will be not to renew licenses in 2025.
