Great article, Jackie! I too found lurking to be a game-changer. Just seeing what other people are doing or the questions they had opened up my mind so much!
I also agree with the visibility element. Whenever I present on building your portfolio, I’m always promoting ELH and the weekly challenges. They’re such a great way to get feedback and exposure!
I’d also like to think that we’re a pretty rad bunch of folks, so the networking has been super fun :)
