Hi all,
I find this funny that micro-learning is becoming so trendy now! I have been doing this for a while where I work as I have 250 very busy IT staff who don't put a lot of emphasis on training and spending long periods in training or watching elearning. I have had great responses towards my "bytes" of learning that I have created! The courses are no more than 10 min long with most being under 5 and are very focused. The staff here appreciate them and are much more engaged with learning when they can get what they need and in their own time.
