Great points - especially the last one! I worked on one project where we were going to set up the learning as a drive through a town with a Waze-like map on a dashboard and . . . . Then the timeframe and budget changed drastically in the direction of less. So we had to revise based on the new realities. We were really disappointed about not being able to do what we originally planned, but the training turned out to be great and worked really well.
