I've ran this through multiple Windows 11 (Version 23H2 for x64-based Systems) laptops all running the latest version of Google Chrome and this is my experience from doing so:
- The behaviour described by this post no longer functions in the latest version of Google Chrome. This post is either completely outdated with the current version of Google Chrome. If it works in other browsers, than a notice should be made clear and at the very beginning as to which specific browsers these are.
- Using CTRL+A navigates back to the first cell (top left of the table).
- Highlighting the text in a cell then using SHIFT+ARROW KEYS only highlights the cell for cell related options.
- Additionally: Trying to highlight a single cell to change it's options and formatting (e.g. background colour) is clunky and frustrating. Only way to do it is to use SHIFT+ARROW KEYS to highlight the cell you want to format and one adjacent to it, then backtracking the highlight to the cell you want to format.
- To change the text formatting in a table can, on the latest version of Chrome, only be done one cell at a time.
I'd suggest at the very least if faults are pointed out with these sorts of posts, they are checked and updated/deleted accordingly.
