This post is as relevant as ever Nicole. Funny how some SME's are so concerned about wordsmithing copy in painstaking detail and I'm over here thinking, "They're not going to read everything you think they will..." In my view, don't lose sight of need-to-know vs. nice-to-know first of all. I used to be challenged with "word economy" but I've become much better at it. Convey the message in as few words as necessary.
