- VictoriaSubl729Community MemberThat was fantastic, Jackie. Really well done. I couldn't find the yoghurt because I didn't realise I could open the fridge,.
I also appreciate the substitute for egg, as I am vegan and was looking for a simple substitute that was healthy!- JackieVanNiceSuper HeroThank you, Victoria! I’m glad you liked it. :)
My preferences are always vegan, so the flax seed egg substitution is a go-to move for me too!- VictoriaSubl729Community MemberYay!
- MichelleMiller-Community MemberVery addictive little game. Nice touch to add plant-based alternatives as a learning device.
- JackieVanNiceSuper HeroThank you so much, Michelle! That yogurt in the fridge is vegan, by the way, so we’ve got the plant-based thing covered. ;)

- HeatherVogt-8daCommunity MemberYeah, I couldn't find the red food coloring to save my life; I tried like 4 times and couldn't find it.
Nice work though! This is beautiful!- JackieVanNiceSuper HeroAww...thanks, Heather! So sorry to hear about the red food coloring!
The 3 ingredients that require substitutions have corresponding post-it notes to click on that explain what to substitute, and the red food coloring is one of them.
The substitution for that one is beet juice. So if you grab the red beet on the counter, “juice” it by dragging it over the juicer, then drop it in the bowl, you’ll be on your way to red velvet cake.
Thanks so much for trying it, and thanks also for your very kind words! :)
- TinaJacksonCommunity MemberI love it!

- JackieVanNiceSuper HeroThanks for trying it out, Julie!
I actually thought folks might think it was too easy compared to the other escape room examples, but it’s easy to lose all perspective on difficulty when you’re building and testing it on your own. :)
