I've setup a similar menu, got the variables and triggers setup too.
However, when I click on the menu items, the state changes immediately. So that split second before the menu changes to the slide, the state changes to its visited state (and a tick appears).
I'd prefer the state change to happen only once the learner returns to the menu. Any ideas?

- DavidAnderson6 years agoStaffHi Mark - the key is not to use Storyline's built-in visited states. Instead, use a custom state. You can name it anything you like. The advantage to using custom states here is that you control when the menu item changes states. Take a look at the source file to see how I set it up.
