Hello,
I really liked this template, so I downloaded and tried to understand how this worked. I figured out all the aspects, except how you have designed the 2nd slide to show the relevant avatar. I went through the triggers, variables and layers but couldn't see anyhow this worked, in fact the avatar silhouette on 2nd slide seems grayed out and I wasn't able to do anything with it.

I would just show items based on clicked triggers, on a second layer of the same slide, after the Create button is clicked.
