Storyline: Tic-Tac-Toe

I have been working on a tick-tack-toe review game - the user selects the spots (answers the question correctly) earns the X. However - I cannot figure out how to create triggers for the program to play their O in an opened spot. So looking at your triggers will be very helpful!! Thanks for posting your work!!!
