- ShannonMartinezCommunity MemberLove this example! Great job, Jonathan!!
- billiswitalskiCommunity MemberVery unique way of teaching a policy! Way to go. I am curious on how the spinner was created; was it through randomization or javascript?
- Jonathan_HillSuper HeroHi Curt and thank you for your kind words. The spinner is simply a series of different animations (full spins, half spins) embedded in the state changes for the wheel. It appears random, but isn't. You will always land on the same colours in the same sequence if you repeat the course, but it's a good way of keeping users engaged.
The 'artifical intelligence' that powers the computer opponent when it 'guesses' the answer, well, that's another story and would have been the focus of my session at this year's DevLearn: No AI, No Problem! How to Build a Computer Opponent in Storyline without JavaScript.
Unfortunately the BYOD sessions have been cancelled following DevLearn's move to an online conference. I am, however, considering putting together a video tutorial instead. - Jonathan_HillSuper HeroMy DevLearn 2020 presentation on how to build a computer opponent is now available here:

- KimberlyFitzsimCommunity MemberWish there was a template we could use for this, it's awesome!
- Jonathan_HillSuper HeroThanks Kimberly - I am afraid I can't share this as its proprietory, but I had planned on revealing my methods in my BYOD session at this year's DevLearn. Unfortunately the BYOD sessions have been cancelled following DevLearn's move to an online conference. I am, however, considering putting together a video tutorial instead.

- KarynJones-5c19Community MemberOutstanding, as always, Jonathan!
- billiswitalskiCommunity Memberlove the design and using the full screen. What was the story design size and how did you publish to all the full screen affect?
Thank you for sharing.- Jonathan_HillSuper HeroHi Curt - it's a standard 16:9 slide with a 'chromeless' player based on the classic player.
The full screen effect is achieved with a line of JavaScript on the opening slide. It's based on Michael Anderson's post here: https://community.articulate.com/discussions/articulate-storyline/course-in-full-screen#reply-477832
- Jonathan_HillSuper HeroThanks for all of your comments and sorry for the delay in replying. I only recently became aware this example had been highlighted here. I will respond to your questions directly. Cheers!
- JanSikora-e5e83Community MemberHey Jonathan, This is just awesome! I am really looking forward to hearing more about the logic you used for the computer opponent. Can you share some comments... I know time is precious and to put together a tutorial takes more of it. Looking forward to whatever you can share :) - TIA
