Here's my attempt. I took inspiration from Jodi's design to create mine. At first, I tried using layers but for some reason, it would only change to the first layer and not show the others despite adding triggers. Not sure why that didn't work, but when I did it changing the states, as Jodi did, it worked much better.

- Ron_Katz3 years agoCommunity MemberThe blurring really helps to make the text pop. A small challenge is that, in this case, the picture is important, because you are describing a particular mountain location. By blurring, the slide becomes less informational, in this singular case.
If I were talking about a specific place and I was calling the learners attention to it, I might use a glassmorphism or gradient transparent box effect to make the text more legible and leave the photo as is or maybe just slightly out of focus.- DTruzman3 years agoCommunity MemberThanks for the feedback, Ron. - DTruzman3 years agoCommunity MemberTaking into account Ron's feedback, I decided to keep the same image and talking point but only blurred the bottom third of the image, and moved the text box and slider down, leaving the mountains untouched. I hope this works better for achieving the objective of the challenge.
