Great great entries so far . . . I've enjoyed going through each one and seeing what happens when David allows designers to pick their own challenge, thanks David!
Challenge
Industry wise, my challenge was to design a mini-course for new research students on choosing an appropriate research topic (higher education).
Technically speaking, the challenge was to use Tom's recent media gallery app-like tab style (only I didn't use media, just text).
Result:

Since I'm new to storyline, I tried quite a number of new things like the scrolling panel and the text data entry. This led me to using variables and variable references (for the first time), which I liked so much. Thank to all the tutorials on the site!
Questions:
1. When I preview, I discover that even if the user doesn't put any entry value in the textbox, the begin button would still work. Is there a way to lock it such that you must at least put a value there before you can start the course? {ANSWERED}!!!
2. After publishing, if changes are made to the course, do I have to republish the course and resend the new link to all again? {ANSWERED}!!!
3. While designing the slide, I highlighted some text with colour. I discovered that the highlights in some highlighted text did not show when I preview and also after publishing, any idea why this is?
Sorry for all the newbie questions. Answers and feedback appreciated.
(Ok, looks like I almost have a blog post here!)
