While working on this challenge, I realized how much I like creating something for the challenges as I haven't shared anyhting for a while.
I wondered how it looks if I use Lightboxes. It seemed pretty good to me.
Enjoy it; http://rsdesign.s3.amazonaws.com/ELH184/story.html

- LJBeaupre7 years agoCommunity MemberI really love this! I have a tendency to try to over-complicate my designs, but this is my ideal... completely custom, yet easy to read and understand. The colours work well together and my eye is drawn to all the correct spots.

Can I ask: how did you add that yellow outline to the Close button on the lightbox??- RidvanSaglam7 years agoCommunity MemberThank you Veronica. For the outline, actually, I didn't do anyhting speacial, and I hadn't noticed that it had a yellow outline before you said it. I checked the another course of mine in which I used a lightbox slide, and Close button has a red outline. I haven't figured out it yet, but when I do, I'll let you know.
- AngelaConrad-027 years agoCommunity MemberNicely done. I haven't used lightboxes for feedback, so I'm glad you included that in your explanation, as I likely wouldn't have know if it was a lightbox or layer just by looking at it. That opens up some new possibilities!
Probably the only thing I'd want to do to improve would be to remove the Submit button and program the choices so it's one less click for the learner.- RidvanSaglam7 years agoCommunity MemberThank you for the feedback Angela. You can be right about the Submit button. I prepared a quiz with this template and tested it with my students, and one of them said something similar. He stated that using the submit button all the time made it slower.
