Thanks, David! I was about a quarter of the way through a course I bought on Udemy. Then I figured I'd try a challenge even though I really felt I wasn't "ready."
I knew what I wanted it to look like, but hadn't learned anything yet about zooming, layers, triggers, etc. But I tried anyway, and every time I ran into something I didn't know but knew Storyline could handle, I looked it up in your online help and read some past discussion threads right here, both of which were extremely helpful.
Looking at others' examples, I saw that they got rid of the prev/next buttons and TOC, changed the color and shape of the frame, etc. and I found the areas in the interface to control the final look.
Coming from an Adobe Premiere/After Effects background, I'm used to frame-level control of elements on the timeline so that was a challenge. But I was able to tweak it enough to get it the way I wanted.
Though it's just a little piece of what would be a larger course, I'm pleased with the results. :-)
