Wanted to come back and at least make one comment around each of your podcasts
Daniel - great reminder to not give up, all pros were beginners once. Need to remind myself about that when I'm trying something new
Jeff - ugh.
Richard - so true about white space/alignment...CRAP! Hey, barely heard your southern drawl. P/h I've become impervious to it because my daughter-in-law is from TX?
Nancy - your early aptitude for painting & drawing is always evident in your creative and delightful designs.
Nicholas S - agree re best trainings sometimes are when problems are solved w/quick screencast or job aid. Get my "fix" for these answering questions in the community.
Jackie - my sentiments exactly re making a course that you'd want to take...placing yourself in the shoes of the Learner
Dana - yep, learn a lot by recreating what others have done
Dan - agree that training feels successful when you know Learners are able to use and apply the information
Allison - SO agree about allowing Learners to make mistakes. Love the term "nonexample" which was new to me in my ID classes.
Ashley - Testing the training solution and verifying the functionality. How is it that this is sometimes missed when it's a key ingredient?
Nick R - Enjoyed the show ;). Especially your thoughts on staying current...never allow yourself to think you're the all-knowing sage, but learn from everyone, all the time
Tim - from loss prevention to ID! Fascinating. Really enjoyed your recent webinar.
