Making Complex Information Easier to Read with Plain Language #427

Bonjour Heroes Just a thought to share: I hadn't understood the context of this challenge until Ange CM's post in response to Donald G Humble's post above. Exploring the link she gives (the same one David gave in his presentation but I hadn't clicked on it last week), I discover that the US administration has been promoting "plain language" for decades. Obviously, this should also be applied to e-learning for many reasons. So, let me tell you something: the European Union has published its FIRST plain language standard... in the spring of 2023! A little late? I did some research and found out this afternoon. That's why I didn't really know that plain language could be a standard to apply. I learned something today.
