How to Care for a Corgi

Here are a couple simple check list interactions on the history of the Corgi and how to keep them happy and healthy. Let me see, I've done the dogs of Scotland, guinnea pigs, pugs, frenchies, scotties and now corgis in the last couple challenges. And to not commit one of Samuel Apata's pet peeves, I named all my slides today. No "Untitled" slide. Have a great week!

- Jonathan_Hill6 years agoSuper HeroLovely as always Jodi, with lots of thought paid to layout and interface as usual.
The only person I know with corgis is Her Majesty The Queen. Next time I see her, I'll pass this on.- JodiSansone6 years agoCommunity MemberHer Majesty is the most famous Corgi owner on earth. Not to take anything away from her, my inspiration was the two corgis that live on my floor in my new apartment building. I don't know their names yet, but they are very sweet. We have corgis, frenchies, bijons, and a bulldog on my floor. But my cultural observation is that people in Los Angeles prefer shelter pets--there are a lot of happy, scruffy-looking dogs around with expensive collars!
- ChrisWalden-7576 years agoCommunity MemberThis is fantastic Jodi! Did you create the images yourself? If so, which software did you use?
- JodiSansone6 years agoCommunity MemberHi Chris. Oh I wish I could do my own graphics! I am skilled at taking vector art that someone else created and bending it to my purposes in Illustrator. This corgi art came from one of my (many) subscription services. The name of the artist is Good Studio. I just saw it and decided I wanted to do something with it. I'm glad you liked it!

A tip that might be of use: When going through the 10 list items my first response was to click the next button after opening point 1. It did not navigate me to the next item though but to the end of the course.- JodiSansone6 years agoCommunity MemberThank you for the suggestion. I always appreciate that someone cares enough to suggest how to make a project better. I should disable the Next button until the list is complete. Lucky you to have the privilege of being owned by a Corgi! :)

- JoniGrove-d61926 years agoCommunity MemberI love this Jodi! What a nice touch having the icons highlight on the numbered steps slide. I am curious as to some of the subscription services you mentioned in your earlier post. Would you mind sharing the names of a few?
- JodiSansone6 years agoCommunity MemberI'm a stock addict. I use, of course, the art built into Storyline 360 as much as possible. Others are Noun Project, Adobe Stock, Dreamstime, GraphicMama....I just surf around. I know a lot of people have favorite free sites, but I usually need things that come in collections so I can give my courses a consistent look--those collections are more often on the subscription sites. Hope that helps. I'm sure there are more out there.
- Samuel6 years agoCommunity MemberThanks for sharing Jodi. You thrive at bringing all the pieces together :_) It's something I'm working on.
