Hi Dayal,
I like the overall design of the interaction. Knowing nothing personally about football (we call it soccer in the US), I could do nothing with the project but guess where the jersies go. I don't understand what the various targets represented or why there were two sets of jersies (two different teams?). The states of the jersies also, unfortunately for me, did not help me understand if I was correct or incorrect in my placements.
Some suggestions if I might.
1) Label the targets with the position names or
2) Have the state of the jersies change to the position name on hover
3) If this is for two teams agains each other, have the jersies be different.

Thanks for feedback and suggestions. I've tried to incorporate some. The two jersies are for typically two types of users, those who know very little and those who are soccer fans and are familiar with its game lingo.
Hope it doesn't feel like guesswork anymore. The change in colour of the jersies indicates if the user has dropped them into the correct/ incorrect drop target, green—correct and red—incorrect.
