Bonjour Heroes.
Here is my submission. I started it for ELC355 (using Dials) and just finished it. I was wondering if an interactive chart (or three) could be driven by more than one dial (or five in this example). By adding or subtracting dial variables.
Find out a little more about the potential risks of burnout at work.

- JodiSansone3 years agoCommunity MemberI liked your use of multiple dials...they are not my go-to interaction so I enjoy seeing them in action. I had never seen "brown-out" applied to the workplace, but I think it's a good metaphor.
- Ron_Katz3 years agoCommunity MemberInteresting. I like how when you click on the bars you get more information. Those pages were quite nice. I don't understand the math behind the dials. Why does turning the dials to different place result in more or less bars in an area. Why do some components affect one bar over the other more?
Overal the design is inspired, using dials instead of a questionnaire.- ThierryEMMANUEL3 years agoCommunity MemberHi Ron. A quick answer for math. The goal is to propose different symptoms (which I found to define each "burn out") that the learner feels and can choose with each thematic dials. If he chooses more symptoms of "Brown-out" than "Bore-out", the Brown bar is higher than the Bore bar. But if he chooses 30% Burn-out, 30% Bore-out and 30% Brown-out symptoms, the bars are equal.
