    Hi Sarah,

For courses which were previously published using Presenter 360 with the setting 'Flash/HTML5 Fallback', do you see any issue why these courses will not work when Flash is dead at the end of the year? I'm curious to know if you have done any testing for these older settings across all browsers and if the HTML5 fallback will still work, thanks.

Hi Alan, Janice, and Sandi! Since Presenter 360 is part of your Articulate 360 subscription, your published courses will continue to work if they include HTML5 output. Web browsers will simply ignore the Flash content and display the HTML5 version instead. Your HTML5 courses that were published with Presenter 360 will also continue to work in Internet Explorer 11, however, older versions of Internet Explorer won’t be supported when Flash retires.

This resource provides additional details on how the end of flash will affect courses. It also includes more info on all supported browsers:

This is good news. I don't have any purely Flash-formatted courses and I've created only HTML5-formatted courses all year. I hope I'm good.
        Thanks!
  • Hello,

So far I have published all Storyline 2 courses with the following settings.

    (Please see the attached image)

    -Include 'html 5' output

Do I still need to republish these courses?

    Thanks,

Hi Bulat, Rise 360 only uses HTML5 so you are good to proceed.
  • Can anyone share their eLearning Maintenance Schedule. eg. do you review content annually, biannually, quarterly? Is any of it dependent upon any items in the check list?
  • This is a great resource that provides an organized approach to maintaining our company training. Thanks for sharing!
