Accessibility: Shapes with text vs text boxes

Yes it will. It will be treated in the same way as a text box provided it is marked as accessible (appears in the focus order)

    The text will be recognized by a screen reader, however the yellow highlights will be in wrong place/misplaced, any solution to this issue.
